Module 1

Assessment

Free

An initial on-site meeting, about 1 hour, where we listen. No slides, no judgments. Just the right questions and attention to detail. During the meeting you provide balance sheet and income statement of the last three years and we sign a non-disclosure agreement.

After the meeting, after max. two weeks, you’ll receive:

  • A clear, honest snapshot of your business
  • A questionnaire with food for thought on the areas that have potential for improvement

*Free for businesses with less than CHF 0.5M in revenue or fewer than 6 employees. For others fee provided upfront on request.

Module 2

Recommendations

(CHF 890.- flat rate, excl.)

A second meeting, about 2 hours, where we go deeper.

We will review the snapshot and your answers to the questionnaire. It’s crucial that we develop a thorough and complete understanding of your business. You’ll be able to ask any questions you may have.

After the meeting, after max. 3 weeks, you’ll receive:

  • An updated snapshot of your business
  • three practical recommendations on how to improve margins, organization, efficiency or strategic direction

In this phase things become tangible, and we choose a direction. We define what to do.

Module 3

Implementation

(CHF 235.-/hour excl. or project-based quote)

When you’re ready to make a change, we work together to:

  • Develop an implementation plan for the recommendations
  • Implement the recommendations you have selected

This phase involves the practical implementation of defined measures. The procedure and schedule are based on your specifications.
